I am so excited to be sharing this blog with you. Future posts will be full of useful nutrition tips to keep you healthy, interviews with inspirational adults who have a story to tell about their food habits, advice on how to navigate your way around fad diets and other news in the media and answers to frequently asked questions!
What is Navigate Nutrition?
Navigate Nutrition has been created to be a business that focus's solely on adult nutrition, by helping adults to navigate through the information that they have to ensure that they can access the most nutritious lifestyle to suit their lives. It is amazing the impact that your food can have on your health and your longevity. Research has found that changing your diet as an adult can result in many more years of healthy life! Its never too late to eat well!
Who started Navigate Nutrition?
My name is Clare. I am a degree qualified nutritionist, who is passionate about adults living long and healthy lives. I believe that what we eat can give us more healthy years of life! I don't believe in fad diets, but believe that we need to eat for a long life and that many foods can be included in a healthy diet - in moderation.
A little bit about me. I grew up on farm in NSW, and love the outdoors. I have always loved food and I suppose I am a bit of a foodie! I have a wonderful husband, and two fabulous daughters (who are full of love and fun).
I have a background in marketing and commerce, working for companies such as Waterford Wedgwood, Sheridan and The Sydney Opera House. I have completed three degrees, a Bachelor of Business, Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutrition through Deakin University.
